6-year-old Missing Three Years, FOUND! Remains Located At Former Home.

Noel Rodriguez Alvarez was last seen in October 2022. Nobody reported him missing. Family members got concerned after his mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh made comments about Noel being possessed and a possible danger to her newborn twins. Police were asked to do a welfare check on March 10, 2023. Within 12 days Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, her husband, and six children ages 5 months to 11 years were on their way to India.
