A rare planetary alignment is peaking, timelines feel like they’re shifting, and a lot of people are wondering whether we’re heading for another 2020-style crisis or something entirely different. I slow the noise down and walk through what’s actually being discussed, including the work of French astrologer André Barbault and why long-term planetary cycles often line up with major collective turning points. For me, the headline isn’t fear. It’s a collective choice point, a moment where conditions may be getting more supportive for growth, innovation, and conscious evolution, depending on how we respond.

From there, I bring it back to the part we can actually influence: the conditions inside our own lives. Awakening is a natural unfolding, but we can create an environment that supports it. I share the practices that helped me integrate healing in a grounded way, especially somatic healing and nervous system regulation, plus the role of ceremony as a container for grief, endings, and rites of passage. When we stop overriding the body, we get clearer about what’s true, what’s conditioning, and what needs to change.

We also explore evolutionary astrology as a practical tool for separating your soul blueprint from the endless “shoulds” pushed by culture. I share an example from my own chart, and then reframe manifestation as conscious co-creation with God or the divine: not forcing outcomes from ego, but becoming so aligned that your life starts reflecting your integrity.
