But I'm a Cheerleader & The Broken Hearts Club | Pride Month Double Feature ft. Rachel!

We're kicking off Pride Month by sharing our thoughts on TWO rom-coms, AND we're joined by a very special guest! Rachel (aka our lesbian liaison) is one of my dearest friends, and we loved hearing her unique perspective.

We start our episode in classic CMWTK fashion by discussing Rachel's celebrity crushes and a cheerleader edition of kiss/marry/kill. And then we start our discussion on the iconic cult classic, "But I'm a Cheerleader".

We cover topics such as:

• What emotions did the movie evoke while watching?

• What makes the movie so funny/campy?

• Was the romance able to stand out and still feel heartfelt in the center of a satire film?
