74: Reyna Adopts Nico (BLOOD OF OLYMPUS Ch 1-8)

This week we start the fifth and FINAL book of Heroes of Olympus - we’re diving in with Jason and Reyna’s POVs. Jason comes face to face with his mother and all his trauma. He gets a ton of development in these chapters! It’s refreshing! Trauma makes characters interesting. We get our first ever Reyna POV and are reminded, yet again, how cool she is. Reyna considers adopting Nico. Move aside Percy and Annabeth - Reyna and Jason are Nico’s new parents. They’re divorced and co-parenting Nico beautifully.
