234: From breakdown to breakthrough

Lately, I’ve not felt like myself, and for the first time I’m properly opening up about it. In this episode, I share what burnout actually looked like for me behind the scenes. The long hours, the pressure, the grief, and the moment that made me stop in my tracks and realise something had to change.
