I Can Be An Active Listener

Active listening is more than just hearing a friend say a joke or giving their opinion on something. Being an active listener means that we’re absorbing what others say with respect, interest, and open-mindedness. There are many ways to practice being attentive, like making eye contact or asking questions. Being an active listener is not only kind, but it can build the relationships we have with others.
