An organization is like a puzzle, with each person a piece that fits snugly to make up the whole. It doesn't work the other way around, and you can't fit a round peg into a square hole. In order to achieve the greatest value and success from a team, an organization should help individuals identify what they're really meant to do and how best they can excel in that area.
