This week, Rachel Zoe is chatting with world renowned aesthetics doctor, Dr. Barbara Sturm. After starting her career in orthopedics, Dr. Sturm quickly learned the importance of bringing anti-inflammatory medicine to the skin and that traditional dermatology treatments where damaging the skin's microbiome. She is the  founder and CEO of Dr. Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics and runs the business alongside her eldest daughter, Charly. We love a mother/daughter duo!
