EDM & Club: Top Dance Songs of 2020 Volume 2

EDM and club-focused year‑end mix Top Dance Songs of 2020 Volume 2 gathers deeper cuts, remixes, and crossover edits that defined a chaotic year for dance music. Using a mix of Billboard, Beatport, Spotify and YouTube signals alongside the compiler’s ear, this set aims to document what kept people dancing at home when clubs were largely closed. The mix runs just over three hours and is sequenced for sustained energy and memorable moments. Highlights include Joel Corry–touched versions (Major Lazer’s Joel Corry Club Mix and Joel Corry’s own Lonely), Kygo paired with Donna Summer, ARTBAT’s take on CamelPhat’s Hypercolour, Purple Disco Machine’s Rain On Me edit, and Charlie Lane’s remix work on several pop crossovers. Expect a balance of chart staples that carried over from 2019, late‑year breakouts, and personal favorites selected for impact rather than strict chart placement. This is a DJ’s time capsule of 2020 dance-floor influence and remix culture.
