Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a three-day ceasefire in Ukraine to coincide with World War II commemorations. A massive power outage has wiped out electricity across parts of Spain, France and Portugal. Over 100 immigrants were arrested in a nightclub raid in Colorado Springs.
