Low-flying helicopters fire on a Russian fuel depot in Belgorod, setting eight tanks holding 3.5 million gallons of fuel ablaze. Russia says the choppers are Ukrainian, but Ukraine's ministry of defense won't take credit for, or even comment on, the attack. Also today, another attempt to get people out of Mariupol.
