It is debate night for the 2020 Democrats, the first time Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren share the same stage, and perhaps a last chance for some of the struggling contenders to prove to voters and donors they deserve to stick around. Plus, a big Supreme Court immigration win for the Trump White House. The justices allow the President's tough new asylum rules to be enforced while a legal challenge makes it way through the lower courts. And words matter. Except maybe when it comes to House Democrats. Do they have a formal impeachment investigation or just a lower level inquiry to determine whether to move to an impeachment investigation?
