In a world that seems to be giving more and more screen time to really dumb opinions and asinine commentary about running (and just about everything else for that matter) I thought it might be a great idea to celebrate some smart stuff runners say. You can look at this episode as the companion show to Episode 136 which was entitled Dumb Stuff Runners Say. As much fun as the Dumb Stuff episode was to make I got to say that this was was even more fun to make! Hope you have as much fun listening to this episode as I did rambling and ranting through it.
