This past month we saw the c-market price reach highs that haven't been seen in 50 years. The coffee industry has long been an advocate for paying producers and farmers more to make a more sustainable supply chain. This is a huge win for producing origins. On the other hand, with inflation, wages, and increased green costs, cafe guests are experiencing rising costs for their drinks.
