Feeling Good Starts on the Inside - With Vanessa Arriagada Co-Owner of Nouveau

Naked - Stripped bare. That is how I showed up for this episode with Vanessa Clinical Director, Co-Owner and Certified Medical Aesthetician of Nouveau Laser and Aesthetic Centre. And if you hadn't noticed already I am open to sharing! Vanessa and I chat candidly about skin, acne, surprising facts about inflammation and more. 

I met Vanessa at Nouveau as I was searching for answers after years of having skin conditions from, pregnancy and nursing and as a result of food intolerances. It has been a long journey, and Vanessa has me on the right path of feeling better, she totally rocks! If you watch this episode on YouTube you will see that on my face I was treated by laser on some of my acne scars, that I have been very self conscious about. I want to show up in my life confident and feeling my best with whatever I need to take on in a day.
