Aug 23- Helaman 7:4-5, 20

President Benson taught that if we want to know what life will be like before the 2nd coming of Christ, that we could look to the Book of Mormon and see what it was like before the 1st coming of Christ. In these chapters as the righteous get better and the wicked get worse, I can totally see that that is true. Today we will discuss it, along with one thing that people did throughout the scriptures to stay strong.
