Feb 6- Doctrine & Covenants 11:20-22

I absolutely love section 11! I feel like it is a guide book of what to do if the Lord asks us to wait for the blessings that we are seeking. 

1st- Learn to recognize, trust and respond to the Holy Ghost.

2nd- Cleave unto Him.

3rd- Obey the commandments.

4th- Obtain the word. Study it out! 

Basically, when we are asked to wait, as Hyrum was, the Lord wants us to take that time to strengthen our relationship with Him and to build our testimonies deeply in our hearts.
