Jan 14- Gen 3:20-21

After the transgression of Adam and Eve the Lord makes clothes for them, to cover them. Here we see the second symbol of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Kippur the Hebrew word for Atonement literally means to cover. When we compare what the Lord could do for them to the meager covering of fig leaves they tried to make for themselves, it becomes glaringly obvious how much we need the Savior.
