Sept 13- Doctrine & Covenants 102

Section 102 consists of the minutes from the very first high council meeting, which centered on church discipline and how to use it to help people repent and come to Christ. The purpose of church discipline today is the same: to help the transgressor repent, come unto Christ and receive all that the Father has for them.
