I feel like we, as a church, either didn't really talk about "enduring to the end" until I was in high school, or maybe that I just never noticed it until then, but either way, I remember hearing it and thinking, "What a depressing phrase!" Endure to the end felt like a commandment to just keep plowing through the misery of our lives until it is all over. So I started saying enjoy to the end. HOW WRONG I WAS!!!! Enduring to the end isn't miserable or sad at all. In fact, I made a connection in the scriptures today that really helped me understand that enduring is one of the most joyful opportunities we have!
