Let's kick off the new year. I have a (rather long) document called "Content Snippets" where I write down all the interesting things and learning points that come up when I'm doing sessions. I really want to share with my "top 3" that have come up a lot recently. First, I'd look at a common word a lot of people don't feel confident using. Second, a common mistake that could cause a BIG misunderstanding. Finally, tips for what to do if you are always looking for the right words when you are giving presentations.
