260. Little Snippet #15 Traffic Lights: Don't Sweat The Small Stuff

Is the embarrassment of making mistakes stopping you speaking? For senior managers as yourself, this can be a big block to overcome. You don't want to look like an idiot in front of your team, peers or bosses so how do you move forward whilst accepting that not everything will be perfect?
