07_Kenny Grohowski _ John Zorn_Secret Chiefs 3

Today my guest is non other than drumming badass Kenny Grohowski. Kenny plays in two John Zorn projects (Abraxis/Simulacrum)as well as Secret Chiefs 3 and an assortment of other projects than run the gambit of musical genres. We got to talk about everything from the evolution in his playing that would lend itself to so many genres-of which quite a few are on the extreme end of the spectrum-to the artistic processes envolved in the various projects and even whitnessing the 9-11 terrorist attacks..
