Episode 200: Pop Culture Advent Calendar Part 2--Variations on a Grinch

Good news for people who like big round numbers--it's the 200th episode of "Crazy Faith Talk"!  And today around the microphone, our trio of conversation partners looks at the various versions of the story we know as Dr. Seuss' "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", both for its lessons about what we do (and don't) need for Christmas to happen, and as a way of thinking about how the gospels in our Bibles give us different versions of the story of Jesus, too, and how each version has something to tell us.  In a pandemic-affected year, maybe the Grinch's lesson that Christmas comes even without the packages, gatherings, and usual festivities is one we especially need this year.  So join pastors Erica, Sarah, and Steve around the table today as our Pop Culture Advent Calendar continues!
