Episode 1209: Suspected crime boss still on the run after escaping garda station

A suspect remains on the run after walking out of a garda station while being questioned about directing a crime gang.

The alleged crime boss managed to sneak out the door of a Kilkenny station and it is feared he has now fled the country.

Niall speaks to Irish Independent crime correspondent Ken Foy about how the criminal's gang have become major players in the city's drug trade.
