Episode 632: Tim Gilchrist Jnr and the Cessna that flew to Longford loaded with cocaine

A 56 year old whose Defence Counsel described as a ‘Walter Mitty’ character has been sent off to jail on an 11 year sentence after a court heard he flew 8 million euro of cocaine into Ireland.

Waterford man Tim Gilchrist Jnr was a passenger on a Cessna aircraft that flew from France to Longford nearly two years ago loaded with the cocaine.
