Thomas 'Bomber' Kavanagh and Liam Byrne have been jailed in the UK for stockpiling a 'fearsome' collection of firearms - including seven machine guns, three automatic handguns and an assault rifle

Kavanagh was handed a six-year sentence - which will be added to his existing 21-year term for drug trafficking offences.

While Liam Byrne also received his first serious criminal conviction for nearly two decades after he was jailed for five years.
