Kinahan Cartel top dog Peadar Keating is back in Ireland where he has been reinstated as director general of his wing at Portlaoise Prison.

Keating told prison bosses that a young volatile crew were not welcome on his C block after they entered the prison population.

Meanwhile, notorious mob boss Wayne Dundon is understood to have befriended the thugs who have placed a bounty on another inmate's heat.
