The Criminal Assets Bureau is looking to seize €100k from a father and son who they claim are 'trusted lieutenants' in a Midlands gang.
Patrick and his son Martin Donohoe both denied the cash was the proceeds of crime in court - saying it was from the scrap business, power washing and a lotto win.
Niall speaks to Sunday World’s Eamon Dillon about the Donohoe's fight with the Bureau as well as Marcus Sweeney’s day in court.
