Father who took his own life after murdering his son was previously investigated for threats

A father believed to have murdered his 12-year-old son before taking his own life had been previously accused of threatening to kill the boy. Oisin O’Reilly and his father Wayne were found dead at two different addresses in West Dublin on Thursday.
