Hennessy ‘torture’ trial delayed as witness fails to appear for third time

The trial of four men accused of torturing a man who had the word 'rat' branded on his skin has been delayed after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.

Barry Moore, who is described as the principal witness in the case, failed to show up again in the Special Criminal Court, meaning the trial has now been delayed until the new year.
