Islamic terror radicalisation - Gardaí making ‘early interventions’ as young people at risk

A senior garda has revealed how they made 10 ‘early interventions’ recently to confront young people at risk of Islamic terror radicalisation.

Detective Chief Superintendent Brian Woods, who heads up the Garda Special Detective Unit, made the comments as he described how the policing of terrorism has changed in Ireland.
