Chris Lamprect is a software developer who, in 1995, was sentenced to 70 months in prison for money laundering. As part of his sentence he was banned from using the Internet until 2004 – the first person to receive such a penalty. In this episode, Lamprecht joins host Heather Engel to discuss his experience, what it was like watching the rise of the dot-coms from the sidelines, how the law treats technical defendants and more. • For more on cybersecurity, visit us at https://cybersecurityventures.com
