Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir to combine.
- Pour in beef broth and stir well. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
