Preheat your oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced).
Score the surface of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the honey glaze all over the surface of the ham, making sure to get the glaze into the scored areas.
Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ham with the pan juices every 10 minutes.
Once the ham is cooked through and golden brown on the surface, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
