X has begun testing a $1 per year charge in NZ and the Philippines it’s calling “Not A Bot” that lets new users view posts and follow accounts for free, but must pay the subscription fee to do anything else. YouTube announced changes to its interface and creator tools that will roll out over the next few weeks. Xbox’s Phil Spencer confirmed Wednesday that Activision Blizzard games won’t be coming to Xbox Game Pass until at least 2024.
