Peacock used to be notable for being a streaming service that hasn’t yet added Plus to its name. But recent moves by NBCUniversal look to make it a destination for sports. Internally the company plans to wind down NBCSN by the end of the year, with its sports coverage, including Hockey, Tennis, and NASCAR going to USA Network and/or Peacock.
