I examine Ukraine’s reported strikes on Rosneft’s Ryazan oil refinery, Russian air defenses, and the Russian vessel Lady Maria in the Mediterranean, reportedly carrying Iranian weapons. Russia launched 108 strike UAVs overnight, while attacks in Zaporizhzhia and Chuhuiv killed civilians, including three members of one family.
