Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe
Cake:
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Coca Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t salt
1 Cup Warm Coffee
1 t Vanilla
1/3 Cup Vegetable or Coconut Oil
1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then mix together slowly. Bake in an 8x8 pan @ 350'F for 30-40 min. Check at 30 minutes with a toothpick. Bake 5 additional minutes until toothpick comes out dry.
Glaze:
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 T Butter (Can use Vegan or Regular)
2 T Milk (Can use Vegan or Regular)n
2 T Coca Powder
2 t Vanilla
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and simmer on stove top until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cooled down cake and sprinkle sugar on top for an added texture if desired.
