In the DevOps arena, GitLab is an organization that has decided to be all-remote, always. They also actively share information not only about their strategy, direction and metrics, but also their approach to organizing as an all-remote company.Brendan O’Leary from GitLab joins us to talk about the connection between all-remote work, and remote-first DevOps.
