Discograffiti is the deep-dive podcast for music obsessives. Feed Your Head: The Great Jefferson Airplane Deep Dive is an audio documentary that was consciously crafted to act as the ultimate repository of fact and opinion on one of the greatest bands to ever walk the face of the earth. It includes long-form interviews, commentary on their history, wild stories, and star ratings for every release.

Part 29 of the series is an audiobook-style expose of how a band whose ideals were once so crucial to their very existence could end up disconnecting entirely from their roots and releasing an album like Knee Deep In The Hoopla.

Here are just a few of the many things discussed in this episode of Discograffiti:

• Paul kidnaps the Nuclear Furniture master tapes;
• The split in the band that causes a civil war;
• Paul & David Freiberg’s exits from the band;
• The formation of KBC;
• Jorma becomes a heroin addict;
• The complete story of “We Built This City”;
• And an overview of Nuclear Furniture, but a seriously deep deep-dive on Knee Deep In The Hoopla.
