82. SEÁN CARLSEN - From Time Lord Heel to Gallifreyan Babyface

Seán Carlsen is best known in Doctor Who fandom as Narvin, a Time Lord CIA operative who initially started off opposed to Romana's Presidency in the "Gallifrey" series. Narvin has gone on to become one of Gallifrey's most loved characters.
