92. My Consumption Rules in 2025 to BUY LESS (and of course, buy better)

My spending theme in 2025 is to buy and consume LESS. The process of moving was so jarring to me, and it made me realize how much *stuff* I have.. And how much I don’t use. The conversation around consumption has been at the forefront of social media over the last few months. Underconsumption, project pan, and using what we have is going to carry us at least through Q1, but hopefully turns from “trend” to everlasting theme in how we use and spend our money. In this episode, Michela shares her “rules” for consuming this year in an effort to spend less, but also become a more conscious consumer.
