Posture and Balance in the Saddle Q&A

In last night's live we talked about posture and balalnce in the saddle. This is something you need to be mindful of all the time. Slouching also means we end up looking down which we don't really want to do! We had some super questions about riding without stirrups.

We shared some exciting info about the upcoming Canter Challenge. The canter is definitely the most challenging gait and I have some really great content planned for this challenge! I know I have students at different levels of their riding, so this is the first time we are going to have two divisions for the challenge, the Trotter's Trophy and the Canter Cup!
