Jennifer Giustra-Kozek is a therapist with over 17 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and behavioral challenges.
Her work integrates compassion, intuition, and evidence-based therapies—including cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches—along with EMDR and hypnotherapy to address deeper patterns like fear, trauma, and maladaptive coping.
She is also the author of Healing Without Hurting, where she shares natural approaches to treating ADHD, apraxia, and autism spectrum disorders.
