Episode 44: From Evolution Through Suffering to Evolution Through Joy

I recently mentioned in a post on instagram that I was going to do a quick and dirty solo episode before I left for my retreat. Well, turns out when i take almost any time away from screens, however small, all kinds of downloads and information come rushing in. So this won't be quick after all. I have a lot to say. It's a framework that I've wanted to lay out for a long time, and have been struggling with how to do it. I want to explain some shorthand that has emerged between me and my close group of friends. Shorthand like moving from Evolution through suffering to evolution through joy, learning to turn the wheel, first fuck you, touching bottom, primordial time, and more.
