Those of you interested to try, should turn your attention to the wine region of Hunter Valley in New South Wales, Australia, which is the new world's spiritual home for this grape variety. When talking of Semillon, the winery Tyrrells is never close behind. And so today's guest is Chris Tyrrell, who is COO of the Tyrrells Wines. He is fifth generation and grew up around these vines so is the perfect person to learn from.
