This is part 2 with Chris Tyrrell of Tyrrell’s Wines. We are looking at Shiraz from the Hunter Valley, but it's not anything like you would identify as an Aussie Shiraz. These are incredibly different from all Shiraz and Syrahs around the world. We will also be talking old Vines.
