This is part 2 with the amazing winemaker of Le Riche Winery; Christo Le Riche. He is president of the Stellenbosch Cabernet Collective and so has kindly agreed to talk us through the different subregions of Stellenbosch, explaining how the different terroirs and microclimates affect Cab Sav, whilst I taste several Cabernet Sauvignons from a few other producers in the area.
