Tom Hatch is from Elim New Zealand and serves as the Senior Leader of Elim Christian Centre, Blenheim, located at the top of the South Island. He and his wife, Suzanne, have been part of the Elim Church in Blenheim for over 30 years and where they serve in the senior leadership role.

Prior to taking up this role, Tom served for 20 years in the Royal New Zealand Air Force in the field of aviation engineering.
